The system of delivering Aqua Cool 5-gallon bottled drinking water to your home is based on a set delivery day in the week and is based on the area where you live.
The only reason we can deliver Aqua Cool 5-gallon bottled drinking water at such a competitive low price is because we combine the delivery with other homes in your area at the same time. We do off course try and deliver if and when there is an emergency (i.e. you forgot to put the bottle(s) and coupon(s) outside or when you need extra water), in this case you can contact our office and we will try and schedule an emergency delivery.
In an emergency delivery we just deliver sufficient bottles for you to cover the time to the next available delivery date in your area, the reason for this is to avoid disturbing the normal delivery sequence to your home.
